“Growth is inevitable. The question is not whether your part of the world is going to change, but how.”

Chloe Spinks
Project Planner
Chloe attributes her passion for affordable housing and accessible mobility to her belief in people’s “right to the city.” Inclusion and integrity are Chloe’s core values, and they shine through in her problem-solving skills, where she consistently prioritizes people and the planet. She completed her BA in Geography at the University of Victoria, and her educational experiences and time working in the planning and social development sectors have allowed her to add detailed researching and concise report writing to her growing planner’s toolkit.
Her time spent in cities around the world while growing up abroad, coupled with her keen interest in community-based participatory research have led her to pursue planning as a profession. Chloe sees climate and community-focused planning as a tangible way to confront global issues at local scales. She aims to make communities feel welcoming to all through effective community engagement and inclusive policy.
