Kaeley has been supporting clients in planning for their development projects for over 15 years. She has formal partnerships with a number of local and regional organizations who provide additional technical expertise when needed, for both Indigenous and non-Indigenous project work. Kaeley’s background as a professional Planner and Project Manager has allowed her to share and apply cross-sector learnings with her partners. Specifically, She strives to add sustainable financial, governance and development perspectives to the non-profit and charitable realm.
Kaeley has been a professor in the Master of Community Planning program at Vancouver Island University, a guest lecturer at the University of Victoria, and sits on a variety of community, municipal and regional government boards related to housing and development.
