As Wiser Projets is a purpose-driven consulting firm, we are compensated for the work we do on a fee-for-service basis, but that work is valued in a diverse and complex way. Our fees are influenced by many factors, including market conditions; available capital; real and perceived value; the trust of our clients in our demonstrable skills, knowledge, education, capacity, and collaborative abilities; problem-solving and problem-identification skills; and the ability to build, maintain, extend, and broaden relationships.
Through this work, we realized the need for a non-profit entity to support our clients where our company could not. This means provide free supportive services, accessing grants and funding, and partnering in ways our private company cannot.
