PROJECT OVERVIEW

Wiser Projects, on behalf of the Anglican Diocese of British Columbia is working to identify development options for St. Peter’s Lakehill, a vibrant Anglican parish along a key transportation corridor in Saanich The aim of future redevelopment at this site is to deliver a variety of community serving spaces (multi-faith spiritual, gathering and programming), generate revenue through market and non-market housing, and provide rental tenure with affordable, below-market and/or social-housing. This project employs specific design principles including environmental stewardship, financial sustainability, design excellence, and community benefits.
