Habitat for Humanity Victoria, established in 1990, is looking to grow from its current homeownership program and explore other models of development, ownership, and rental.

Wiser Projects is consulting for Habitat, by producing a tactical roadmap, informed by active engagement in the housing industry. This involves exploring the viability of scenarios and options for the organization to meet its strategic goals, from land acquisition, approvals, funding and financing, and partnership perspective. Habitat for Humanity has a visionary plan that identified their priorities and goals, and now a plan that grounds these goals and provides actionable next steps is needed.
