Supporting the development and approval processes for 12 units of affordable family and seniors housing. This project involves the unique collaboration between a variety of Southern Gulf Islands projects facilitated by Wiser Projects to fund cost, time, and advocacy efficiencies.

• CMHC Seed Funding, Green Municipal Fund Planning Grant, and Vancity Grant
• Navigating complex approvals process with the Islands Trust and successfully rezoning the property
• Unique collaboration between variety of Southern Gulf Islands projects facilitated by Wiser Projects to fund cost, time, and advocacy efficiencies
• Accessed Community Housing Transformation Centre – Sector Transformation Fund dollars for this collaboration
