PROJECT OVERVIEW

Wiser is supporting the Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ Government in the development of five single-detached homes in hitac̓u through CMHC’s Section 95 program. These community-focused homes are designed to encourage Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ citizens to return home and strengthen their connection to place and culture. Wiser is proud to contribute to this important initiative by securing financing and guiding the project from planning through to construction—helping to realize the community’s long-term housing vision as outlined in the Nation’s Housing Roadmap that Wiser helped draft.
