PROJECT OVERVIEW

PARC Retirement Living, is a leader in seniors care across the west coast and now introducing a multi-generational living concept to Victoria. Three buildings, with underground vehicle and bicycle parking, will introduce approximately 330 new housing units with affordable rental suites to the Fort and Broughton area. One building introduces the new concept to the west coast of 55+ active aging living with two other market strata building focusing on multi-generational living.  The project exceeds the family housing policy with the City of Victoria, includes a below market childcare space, and urban art partnership with Carey Newman, seeking to provide amenities and benefit to all ages and diversity of future residents.  This project will help meet BC’s housing targets and meet the needs of multiple demographics through a thoughtfully designed site and public plaza and high quality materialities in the heart of downtown.
