PROJECT OVERVIEW

• To strategically evaluate the feasibility, applicability, and contributions of property assets to the Anglican Diocese and larger community into the middle of the 21st Century.
• To address the aging population of parishes, market conditions, and operational and capital cash flow, all of which contribute to the need for a comprehensive approach to asset management.
• To establish a portfolio approach to physical buildings and sites. The portfolio will include opportunity identification from the Diocese, Parish and community conversations, a site analysis, policy analysis, financial analysis and property evaluation matrix and recommendations.

PROJECT SUCCESS

• An asset management process to guide the Diocese for the long term.
• Establishment of new asset management protocols and procedures within the Diocese.
• Establishment of trusted long-term consultation and development relationships with the Diocese.
