  • The Greek Community Society wished to explore the feasibility of future development on their property at 4648 Elk Lake Drive. This work included due diligence to identify site constraints and opportunities, conducting a policy analysis, and developing concepts to help the Society make an informed decision about the project’s scope and scale moving forward
  • The project goals were to explore ways to broaden and support GCS’s ongoing mission by creating an additional potential revenue streams in perpetuity, while also benefiting the community by providing secured rental housing and potentially incorporating community-oriented commercial or institutional space on the ground floor
